Bring a soft, fluffy texture to your Halloween decorations with these adorable cotton ball ghost suncatchers. Cut a ghost silhouette out of a piece of clear contact paper, leaving the sticky side facing up. Secure the contact paper to a table or window with a bit of painter’s tape. Have your child gently pull apart white cotton balls to make them extra fluffy, then press them onto the sticky surface until the entire ghost shape is covered.
