Whimsical Stacked Pumpkin Topiary
If you are short on porch space but still want to make a big statement, a vertical stacked pumpkin topiary is the perfect solution. Cut three 2×4 blocks in descending sizes—large, medium, and small. Paint each block in a different, complementary autumn shade, such as a muted sage green, a soft cream, and a classic muted orange to create a trendy heirloom pumpkin color palette.
Stack the blocks vertically, from largest to smallest, and secure them together using long wood screws driven through the center. Top the smallest block with a rustic branch stem and a bow made of green raffia. Because this project is vertical, it takes up very little floor space while adding beautiful height and a pop of sophisticated color to a tight corner, a front step, or a hearth display.
