Bloody Handprint Window Clings
If you love classic, slasher-style horror, you can easily create realistic, peel-and-stick bloody handprints that look terrifyingly authentic without damaging your glass surfaces. On a sheet of plastic wrap or a silicone baking mat, pour out a generous amount of red gel glue or a mixture of Elmer’s glue, red food coloring, and a drop of blue food coloring to create a deep, arterial blood shade. Use your own hand to press into the mixture, then transfer the print onto the plastic sheet, letting excess glue drip down to simulate running blood. Once the glue dries completely (usually overnight), it will become a flexible, rubbery, translucent film. Carefully peel the handprints off the plastic and press them directly onto your windows, mirrors, or shower doors. They cling effortlessly to glass and peel off cleanly without leaving any residue behind.
