Luminescent Floating Ghost Balloons
Create a mesmerizing, floating army of glowing ghosts across your front lawn using simple white balloons and glowing LED light sticks. Insert a bright white or green LED glow stick or a small balloon light inside a thick, white latex balloon, then inflate it and tie it shut. Using a black marker, draw spooky ghost eyes and mouths on the outside of the balloon. Cover each balloon with a square of lightweight, sheer white tulle or cheesecloth, letting the fabric drape down to create a flowing body. Tie the base of the balloon to a thin metal garden stake pushed into the lawn. At night, the glowing balloons illuminate the sheer fabric, making it look as though a group of spirits is rising up from your grass.
