7. Spooky Silhouette Window Projections
Make your home look like a haunted mansion from the outside with giant, striking window silhouettes. Using large sheets of black poster board or heavy kraft paper, sketch and cut out classic Halloween shapes such as creeping monsters, howling wolves, flying witches, or Victorian ghosts. Tape these silhouettes directly to the inside of your window panes. At night, close your sheer white curtains behind them and turn on a bright orange, purple, or green light inside the room to project a dramatic, cinematic shadow play to the street below.
