Our organization is established by a bunch of passionate individuals who want to change lives and work. The friends from the various backgrounds assembled themselves a couple of years ago and set out with a mission of conquering this industry, which, in their minds, lacked much innovation and creativity.
We began with the basics: What motivates people? What things make them happy and fulfilled? How can we dramatically impact their lives? After hours of research, brainstorming, and experimentation, we solved these problems.
Our crew has diverse backgrounds and unique skills and knowledge. Our engineers, designers, researchers, and strategists develop practical solutions. We believe diversity is the key to success, so we have assembled a team that reflects our society.
We further investigated and found that many people were living without a sense of purpose in life. They felt confined, uncertain about their future, and could not achieve their goals. We needed to act to help, so this realization gave us an urgent mission.
We spent hours trying solutions. We sat in seminars, read books, and spoke with experts. We studied human behavior, psychology, and neuroscience thoroughly to understand what motivates and satisfies people.
Our study revealed why people are motivated. We realized that people have more complex motivations, desires, and needs. Every person has distinctive passions, talents, and unique characteristics that help guide and fulfill them.

Our journey has been marked by challenges, disappointments, and successes. We have overcome limited resources, bitter rivalry, and mistrust. Despite everything, we have remained true to our mission.
