3. The Clockwork Conservatory

3

Merging the ornate grandeur of Victorian architecture with the industrial wonder of steampunk, the Clockwork Conservatory is a masterpiece of brass, copper, and glass. This greenhouse features a exposed framework of cut copper blocks, lightning rods, and polished granite, designed to weather gracefully over time into a rich turquoise patina or be kept pristine with honeycomb. Large, functional-looking redstone mechanisms, copper bulb fixtures, and decorative gear designs made from framed iron trapdoors line the high, vaulted ceilings. Water flows through copper pipes and cascades from suspended dispensers, creating an automated misting system for the hanging ivy and tropical ferns below.

Inside, the layout embraces Victorian order with a mechanical twist. Raised beds made of smooth basalt and copper cut stairs hold neat rows of beetroot, sweet berries, and flowering azalea. Steam vents, created by concealing campfires beneath iron trapdoors, periodically release puffs of white mist into the humid air. A massive glass clock face adorns the front gable of the greenhouse, constructed using white stained glass and dark oak fences for the clock hands. This build is perfect for players who love redstone automation but refuse to sacrifice the breathtaking, romantic charm of historical architecture.
