What This Idea Means

How to Make It
- Thread Silk Cord: Thread a needle attached to fine silk cord with 8mm round gemstone beads (e.g., lapis lazuli or labradorite).
- Knot Between Beads: Tie an overhand knot tightly against each bead using a knotting awl to keep beads securely separated and prevent wear.
- Form the Y-Junction: After knotting 16 inches of beads, pass both ends of the silk cord through a single central ring connector to create the central “Y” intersection point.
- Drop Strand Assembly: String 3 more beads down a single 3-inch vertical cord tail, finishing with a large faceted teardrop gemstone wire-wrapped at the very tip.
